
孔晖晖,中国共产党党员,博士生导师,中国农业科学院哈尔滨兽医研究所研究员,中国农业科学院优秀青年英才。兼任中国畜牧兽医学会动物传染病学分会青年委员和中国疾病预防控制中心周报青年编委。长期从事流感病毒的防控研究,包括跨种感染、抗原变异、广谱疫苗及治疗策略等。围绕动物流感综合防控重大需求,构建了从跨种传播机制解析、抗原变异智能预测到疫苗和治疗技术研发的系统性研究体系。系统揭示了流感病毒跨种感染与传播的分子机制,创新建立抗原变异研究方法并研发全球首个甲型流感抗原预测与可视化一体化平台 FluNexus;面向 H5N1 奶牛流感等新发疫情风险,创制奶牛专用灭活、DNA 和 mRNA 三类疫苗,并开发 Nb-PROTAC 靶向降解抗病毒平台,在广谱抗流感病毒防控研究方面取得系列创新突破。相关研究成果以第一或通讯(含共同)作者身份,在 Cell Research、Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy、Cell Host & Microbe、iMeta、National Science Review 等高水平 SCI 期刊发表论文 20 篇。主持“十四五”国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、黑龙江省自然科学基金杰出青年项目等多项科研项目。
