施建忠,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师,国家高层次人才特殊支持计划科技创新领军人才。主要从事禽流感病毒防控相关基础和应用研究。主持或参加“国家重点研发计划”“国家自然科学基金重大项目”、黑龙江省“头雁”计划、黑龙江省科技计划等多项。获得国家科技进步奖一等奖1项(第12),国家自然科学奖二等奖1项(第2),黑龙江省科学技术一等奖3项(第2, 4, 4)。以共同第一作者或通讯作者在Science (2篇)、Cell Research、Cell Host & Microbe、National Science Review、EuroSurveillance、J Med Virol、Emerging Microbes & Infections(7篇)、Science China-Life Sciences (2篇)、Emerging Infectious Diseases、Plos Pathogens (2篇) 和Journal of Virology (2篇) 等杂志上发表SCI文章23篇。代表论文之一入选“2013年中国十大科技进展”;代表论文之一入选“2020年全球最有影响力100篇文章第20名”,农业领域第1名,“2021中国农业科学重大进展之一”。
