1、个人简历
尹鑫,男,博士,研究员,博士研究生导师,牛羊传染病研究创新团队首席科学家,国家高层次青年人才,黑龙江省自然科学基金杰出青年基金获得者,中国农业科学院“农科英才领军人才(B类)”。2014年毕业于东北农业大学获得博士学位,2014-2020年分别在美国全国儿童医院、桑福德·伯纳姆·普利比斯医学研究所从事博士后研究工作。目前主要聚焦于动物源性病毒感染与免疫应答方面的研究,重点以动物源性病毒等为主要研究对象,通过分子生物学、反向遗传学、高通量组学等相关技术,解析病毒和宿主互作的动态调控网络及其关键生物学过程,阐明与感染建立相关病毒编码产物的结构特征及生物学功能,发现探索参与病毒复制的关键宿主因子及其作用机制;同时着力开发新型诊断试剂、免疫佐剂及抗病毒药物。在Nature、Cell、PNAS、Cell Research、PloS Pathogens、Autophagy、Molecular Cell、Cell Reports、Journal of Virology等杂志发表20余篇研究论文,其中以第一或通讯作者(含共同)在Nature (2021) 、PNAS (2018) 、Autophagy (2020) 、Cell Reports (2021) 、PloS Pathogens (2017) 、Journal of Virology (2014, 2016, 2022) 、Journal of Biological Chemistry(2022)等发表论文16篇,为Journal of Virology、Antiviral Research、Journal of Medical Virology等20多个期刊杂志审稿100余篇。
