一、个人简历
王金良,男,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师,重要人兽共患病与烈性外来病研究创新团队科研骨干,中国农业科学院“青年英才”培育工程院级入选者。2010年以来,一直致力于烈性人兽共患病毒病致病机制研究,主要以狂犬病病毒、新冠病毒、流感病毒等烈性人兽共患RNA囊膜病毒病病原为研究对象,解析RNA囊膜病毒入侵宿主细胞机制。先后参加“国家重点研发计划”、“国家自然基金面上项目”等课题多项。在Science等杂志发表SCI论文13篇,以第一或通讯作者在Cell Discovery,Protein & Cell,mBio,PLoS Pathogens等中科院1区Top期刊发表论文5篇,影响因子10以上2篇。发现代谢型谷氨酸受体2具有狂犬病病毒和新冠病毒内吞受体功能;发现α-SNAP独立于囊泡转运新功能,干扰素上调其表达抑制furin酶活性,进而影响新冠病毒感染性,丰富了宿主对抗病毒感染新机制;在国际上首次构建非hACE2转基因小鼠新冠病毒感染模型,已应广泛用于多种疫苗和药物效力评价及有关感染机制研究。
