帅磊,湖南汉寿人,中共党员,博士,中国农业科学院哈尔滨兽医研究所研究员,博士生/硕士生导师,入选农业农村部“神农青年英才”、中国农业科学院“杰出青年英才”,兼任黑龙江省动物疫苗质量研究重点实验室主任。主要从事狂犬病等人兽共患病新型疫苗和诊断试剂等防控技术研究和产业化。践行“产学研用”,研制动物狂犬病mRNA疫苗、抗体诊断试剂等防控产品5项,具备产业化基础;开发动物疫病防控关键技术,为国内同行提供重要技术支撑,完成30余项技术服务;协助核酸疫苗企业建成我国首条通过兽药GMP静态验收的动物mRNA疫苗生产线,形成产业示范。主持和参与国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、黑龙江重大专项等项目/课题10余项,相关成果以第一或通讯(含共同)作者在National Science Review等期刊发表SCI论文15篇,授权发明专利5项。
