首席科学家

1、个人简介

赵东明,博士,中共党员,中国农业科学院哈尔滨兽医研究所研究员,博士生导师,非洲猪瘟防控创新团队首席科学家,重要人兽共患病创新团队党支部书记,中组部国家级青年人才,中国农业科学院“农科英才”领军人才B类,黑龙江省“头雁行动计划”兽医病毒学创新研究团队骨干。自非洲猪瘟传入我国以来,一直致力于非洲猪瘟基础与防控研究,首次分离出我国非洲猪瘟强毒及基因II和I型低致死毒株,分别完成其基因组进化和致病性研究;解析了病毒颗粒精细结构并提出组装机制假说;作为核心骨干,创制出安全有效的非洲猪瘟弱毒疫苗,突破疫苗产业化瓶颈,完成农业转基因生物安全评价及临床试验;研制出非洲猪瘟抗体检测试剂盒,通过应急评价获生产许可,为我国非洲猪瘟防控提供理论及技术支撑。以第一或通讯作者(含共同)在Science、PLOS Pathogens、Protein and Cell、Journal of Virology、Journal of Biological Chemistry等期刊发表SCI论文22篇。主持国家十三五重点研发项目;部分成果被科技部入选“2019年度中国科学十大进展” ;获农业农村部授予的个人嘉奖、第十五届黑龙江省青年科技奖。
